HsLordships

HsLordships (aka His Lordships) is another fancy restaurant with a Bay view. It's located at 199 Seawall Drive at the Berkeley Marina. The phone number is 510-843-2733. You can use this number to make reservations.

They are open daily for lunch and dinner and have a Champagne Brunch on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Lunch hours are Monday thru Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner hours are Monday thru Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

You can hear live jazz music on Saturday nights from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m.

Four large banquet rooms at HsLordships can accommodate 30 to 500 people.

Little story: I remember HsLordships from when I was in law school in 1990. This Berkeley restaurant played a big part in legislation (or was it a court case?) that provided for access for people with disabilities in public places. If I recall correctly, HsLordships refused to accommodate people with disabilities. Then the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed. Things are much different now.
